How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping email with a tracking number. Please watch for the tracking email in your primary inbox or spam folder.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. We typically ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (depending on sales or limited edition items).
Are orders discreetly packaged?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packaging. No one can see what's inside.
Is shipping free?
All US orders over $50 ship free via USPS First Class Mail.
What is the difference between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Overnight? Delivery times for USPS First Class Mail (3-8 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), FedEx Ground (1-5 business days), FedEx 2day (2 business days), and FedEx Overnight (1 business day) are calculated from the day after the order is shipped, not the date of purchase. For example, if your order is received by USPS on a Monday, Tuesday is the first business day considered "in transit." Weekends do not count as business days. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and holiday periods, both carriers may experience service delays.
Why is my package stuck in the "Pre-shipment" or "Package Awaiting Receipt" status?
If the tracking information shows "Pre-shipment" or "Package Awaiting Receipt," it simply means that the package is a bulk order and only one barcode is scanned for the entire order, rather than scanning each package individually, which unfortunately takes too long. We've seen this issue a lot recently, and in these cases, we typically don't see tracking updates until the package is sent to another delivery point for scanning again, or more commonly, closer to the shipping date.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship worldwide! For international orders, we use USPS International Shipping (8-14 business days) and FedEx International Shipping (2-7 business days), but delivery times cannot be guaranteed because they vary depending on the country and the time it takes for the package to clear customs. We recommend checking your country's customs and import restrictions to ensure you receive your product after we ship. Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
