Return & Refund Policy
What is your exchange/return policy?
We make it easy! Click here to request a return or exchange. (P.S.: Returns and exchanges within the United States receive store credit, free of charge!) All returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and intact sanitary lining.
Exchanges: Free exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of the order delivery date.
Returns for store credit: Free returns for store credit must be initiated within 21 days of the order delivery date.
Returns to original payment method: Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the order delivery date. Mail-in returns incur an $8 handling fee per return label; this fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit refund.
All lingerie, bras, towels, face masks, and printed items are considered final sales and are not subject to returns or exchanges. Exchanges are not accepted on international orders. We are unable to cancel or change the shipping method for instant exchanges.

Emma Jimenez products are not exchangeable or redeemable if not purchased from our website. This includes wholesale and resale purchases.
How do I mail a return or exchange?
Prepare your package:
1. Create and print your shipping label here.
2. Apply the label to the reusable mailing envelope from your original order, or to any other mailing envelope of your choice.
3. Place the package in your mailbox or USPS drop box, or drop it off at any USPS service location.
Please note that orders must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.
If the package's shipping label differs from the one provided, refunds may not be issued or may be delayed. Customers are responsible for printing their own shipping labels. For any questions regarding return labels, please contact Support@EmmaJimenez.shop.
I've already mailed in my return. When will I receive my refund? ⌄
Once we receive a return and refund, we'll process it promptly. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
